> Who we are: a small burger and craft beer bar opened in 2023 in the old town of Palma de Mallorca, on Carrer del Pes de la Farina.

## Welcome

Guarango opened in 2023 on Carrer del Pes de la Farina, a narrow street in the old town of Palma de Mallorca, with a simple idea: do two things properly instead of twenty things adequately. Those two things are smash burgers and craft beer.

Our selection of craft beers is carefully chosen from the most outstanding producers in the region, and our burger menu is a creation of our own, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. More than nine taps rotate continuously, so there is almost always something new on the board next to the regulars.

## How we cook

Every burger is a double 100g patty, smashed on a hot plate to order so the crust caramelises, served on potato bread with sauces we make in house. Nothing sits under a heat lamp. Because we cook to order, the kitchen runs from 19:00 to 23:00.

But it's not just about the food and drinks. At Guarango, we take pride in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. We want you to feel at home, and we are always willing to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
